Working with groups
Beginning of the making project, our teamwork was good, but middle and last of the making project we lost our teamwork. We were argueing and fighting. Good things about working with group were we had each jobs to work, so it was faster than doing alone. And we learned teamwork. Also everyone's ideas were are different so we combined the ideas and we had better product. However there was bad things about working with groups. Working in groups means that you have to use everyone's ideas and some people find it hard to compromise. Also everyones's ideas were so we argued. We divided the tasks for do faster, I cut the shape, Danny glued it, Justin P. made pyramids and houses, and Dong-Gyu drew the map. We didn't used time well so it took 2 weeks to finish it, but the final product was great. We solved the problems by saying 'Yaman!' it means positive things in Jamaican English. Also we helped each others. |
